Clinic Administrator
We are a fast-growing outpatient children’s facility located along Kamakis Eastern Bypass, seeking a Clinic Administrator to oversee operations, ensure compliance, and deliver efficient, patient-centered services. The Clinic Administrator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, overseeing finances, and ensuring the smooth running of clinic services and systems while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily clinic operations and coordinate patient services.
- Supervise and develop clinic staff for optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Oversee budgeting, billing, and insurance claims.
- Maintain clinic facilities, equipment, and ICT systems.
- Enhance patient experience through effective service delivery.
- Lead marketing and communication efforts to promote clinic services.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in healthcare administration or supervisory roles.
- Strong leadership, supervisory, and organizational skills.
- Advanced skills in digital marketing and business development.
- Experience in a paediatric or children’s clinic is an added advantage.
